It is an Undisputable Truth that the Lord God Almighty is the Only Possessor of Heaven and Earth (Gen. 14:22b) as well as the Only Sovereign over all of Creation. One of His Most Prominent Amoral Attributes alongside His Omniscience and Omnipresence is His Omnipotence which in itself wields a Dual Meaning as well as a Dual Application:
(a.) THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY IS THE ALL-POWERFUL GOD: The Holy Bible emphatically states that Power belongs to Him alone (Ps. 62:11) hence He has no rival with whom he can compete.
THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY IS THE GOD OF ALL POTENTIAL
The ramified implication therein is that there's absolutely no limit to what He's Able to do or produce. On the premise of this Truth, we as Christian believers have a Divine Duty to discern the Capacity of God and His sons to exercise Absolute Dominion because "as He is, so are we in this world" (1 Jn. 4:17b).
According to the Lord God Almighty's Own Statement as documented in Genesis Chapter One verse twenty-eight (KJV), there are Four Basic Steps to exercising Dominion over all of our spheres of influence as Christians believers:
THE PRODUCTIVITY STAGE
("Be fruitful...") Every single Christian believer has already been blessed or empowered by God to prosper (Num. 23:20). Therefore, our Fruitfulness is mandatory rather than optional.
THE REPRODUCTION STAGE
("Multiply...") We have all being granted a God-given Responsibility to reproduce Christlike believers (Ex. 23:26). This is because barrenness is an abomination and a taboo under the Covenant of God.
THE SATURATION STAGE
("Replenish...") This is the point or phase where your influence for the Sake of the Kingdom starts to spread so rapidly that your results become glaring and obvious for all to see (1 Tim. 4:15). Kingdom Business is a Results-oriented Business.
THE CONSOLIDATION STAGE
("Subdue...") This is the Fourth and Final Stage whereby what was once a Movement has now transformed into a Monument or Major Reference point (1 Kgs. 4:29-35). Simply put, every saint who reaches this point becomes a yardstick in his given field or realm of influence.
