THE MYSTERY OF THE CREATOR MAN

Bible reading

GENESIS 1:1; MARK 11:22-23; HEBREWS 11:3

So God created man in His Own Image, in the Image of God created He him; male and female created He them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the Earth, and subdue it: and have Dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the Earth.
Genesis 1:27-28 (KJV)

The Holy Bible opens up with a Profound Pronouncement which is definite proof of one of the Most Significant Attributes of God Almighty Himself: His Creative Ability. The Lord God is the Creator of the Whole Universe, whether visible or invisible. The Holy Scriptures declare thus in Genesis 1:1: "In the Beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth." This is one of the most thought-provoking Truths throughout the entire Bible. There is yet a second statement and Truth that is equally as profound: God created man in His Own Image and Likeness (Gen. 1:27). The implication here is that Mankind has the inherent ability to create things just the same way God Himself creates.

It is coded within the nature of man by default to create which is why God did not create everything that needed to be created (1 Jn. 4:17b). He created trees but did not concern Himself with creating the furniture or house that could be made from trees. He created sand but did not bother creating the glass and silicon chips that could be made from it. It was left to man himself who created furniture, created houses, created electronics and all the manufactured products we have in our world today. If you take a good look around you, then you can see a lot of evidence of the force of man as a creator.

But although man was created with an innate ability to create, not all men are manifesting this ability. This is essentially because they lack the Knowledge of the Creative Process of God which governs everything made by Him (Hos. 4:6). The aforementioned Creative Process could be broken down into Five Major Stages:

01

THE CONCEPT/IMAGINATION STAGE

Creation always begins with thoughts or an idea.

02

THE KNOWLEDGE STAGE

At this stage, you start to feed the idea with Knowledge obtained through Study, Research and thorough fact-finding. As you feed the idea, it takes up shape, gains clarity and grows rapidly. It transits from just an idea to a conviction.

03

THE VOCALIZATION STAGE

This is that point where you speak and declare with full Conviction those things you want to see. The Holy Bible tells us that God created the whole world through the Spoken Word (Jn. 1:1-3; Heb. 11:3). You can also create your own world by the Spoken Word. As you speak and communicate the Convictions you have, you attract the Resources and people who would help you in the process.

04

THE TEAM BUILDING STAGE

This is that point where you network with other individuals whose Convictions are in sync with yours so they can help you. Creation is basically a team sport. Even the Trinity said "Let Us" rather than "Let Me" (Gen. 1:26). Therefore, we can never achieve anything worthwhile without teamwork.

05

THE ACTION/EXECUTION STAGE

Every single Genuine Creative Process requires exertion to bring it to a proper conclusion. The Creative Process is not for the indolent or passive but rather requires consistent and massive action to carry out.

Prayer

Let us pray.

Heavenly Father, we magnify You today. O Lord, please help us to keep our eyes fixed on Your Image and Nature which we carry, especially as it relates to being able to shape our world. Please help us become True Representatives of Your Creative Ability in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.
